We have own Bolero and cars, in the name of Proprietor and running business of crushing and screening, whether we can take GST input on the expenses incurred for Repairs and Maintenance.
can we set off against our output tax.

03 June 2022 According to Section 17(5), ITC on repairs & maintenance of motor vehicles used for transportation of persons having seating capacity less than 13 is not available. You can't take ITC.

03 June 2022 No, you cant take the ITC of repair, insurance of motor car with upto 13 person seating capacity including the driver.

04 June 2022 Thank you sir, bolero and car which is using to carry the spares from different places, on repairs party will give Tax invoice then how to pass entry in Tally and GST Portal. please clarify sir
