07 October 2013 Dear experts,

I got name approval for sec.25 company, documents are not ready yet, i would like to extend my name approval for further 30 days what is the form i have to fill in MCA.

Some body given suggestion as fill Form 1AR but it is not in MCA website is there any alternative?

07 October 2013 If the same is expired without renewal. Just write
a letter stating that the 1A is for renewal of
previously allowed name and mention the old SRN
No. that is all no need to attach the previous
form 1A. If you have specifically submitted any
other documents for the purpose of name
approval, you attach the same for renewal also.
