29 July 2011 1) is rent free accommdation provided by the employer is exempted from tax
2) EG:- Rent free accommodation value is RS 100/ - and amount collected by employer from is RS 20/- and balance RS 80/- is taxable or exempted from tax. if any exempted from tax please provide any reference case laws
