Plz guide me wheather it is neccessary for me fo file form 8 for even renewal of our CC limit of Rs10 lacs on 29/09/2013

If there is no change in the terms of the loan, there is no need to re-file Form 8. For 8 is to be filed only when u are modifying the charge such as amount, interest rate, discharge of the property etc.
