Dear Sir,
i have enrolled CA PE -II in 2002 due to my personal problem could not attend any exam and i think it was cancelled, now i would like to continue my course plz help me how to continue and whether i should apply for new one or continue the old registration.

Not required to new one. I think now you have to convert from PE-II to IPCC. So just follow the conversion procedure and pay the prescribed fee for such conversion. However post your query at e-sahaayataa available at www.icai.org they will suggest you and help you process how you get conversion.
