Removal of excisable goods for exhibition

We are an Excise Registered Unit and would like to remove Excisable Goods for Exhibition within India and/or out side India.

Please Explain me the procedure

Can I have to issue an Excise Invoice?

If Yes, What happened to the Excise Duty paid at the time of removal of Goods and how can we get the Credit of it on receipt of material back to factory.

Do we have to Charge VAT also??

Kindly do the needful

06 September 2012 Yes, This Involves Sale.
& Excise Duty is Chargeable.
Excise Invoice Need to be Issued.
Pay Excise Duty.
When Return , Take Credit as Per 16 of Excise Rules.
No Need to Charge VAT.
