would like to know which edition of practise manual will be relevant for Ca final May 14 for law and auditing?
January 13 or January 14 edition.
as January 14 edition as text as per the new companies act which is not applicable to May 14 exams.
awaiting a quick response.

you can leave out references to the new companies act. Other than that, you should cover both the new and old practice manual.
