19 August 2008 Agreement between two person to do some work with the constant of both & also that agreement can be enforceable by law.

When an agreement can be enforceable by law it will become contract. Social Agreement are not contract.

SubContract- In case of divisible contract, when contract divided into part & give other person to complete that part is called sub contract...
in other Words,When u sub let the part of the contract to other person for complete the same is called Subcontract.
