01 April 2015 Sir in case of compulsary acquisition of property from when we are under the obligation to purchase new asset from the date of compulsary acquisition of asset or from the date of receipt of its compensation? I have ambiguity regarding this plz resolve my query

01 April 2015 it is from date of actual reciept only u can buy new house or asset as otherwise without compensation how will u invest the same in purchasing the new assset?
