16 December 2015 If Company has taken LOANS & ADVANCES from its related party, Do we need to mention the same in AOC 2 or only the disclosure in Notes to Accounts is fine ?? coz as per my understanding Loans & Advances are not covered under RPT

20 January 2016 In AOC-2 Company have to mention the transaction which will fall u/s 188.
Loan and advances are not covered under 188 therefore no need to mention in AOc2
