Can any one tell me the parties covered u/s 40A(2)(b) for the partnership concerns.Please its urgent and Thanks

3. Any concern(individual, firm, company, etc) which has a substantial interest in the firm.
4. Any director, member or partner (including their relatives) of the concerns mentioned in point 3.
5. Any concdern whose director, member, partner has a substantial interest in the firm.
6. Any concern in which the firm has a substantial interest.
