14 June 2016 1. I have filled A.Y.2014-15 return but defective and ITR 1 filed instead of ITR 2 and due to TDS sale on immovable property so response u/s 139(9) do not filed change in ITR xml.
2. Please suggest Any remedy possible.
3. Since the return become defective u/s 139(9) whether action possible at our end in response to notice. as ITR 2 not taken as response.
