we have filed a nil service tax return for the period april 2012- june 2012 on 23-11-2012 which was rejected by the department. we filed a rectified return on 01-08-2013 which also got rejected. on 25-09-2013 a return for the same period was filed which was accepted by the department. however on scrutiny of ST3 returns filed for the said period, we received a notice asking us to make payment of late fees of Rs. 20000 for delay of 220 days in filing of return for the period april 2012- june 2012. can the
