03 June 2009 i have lost my pan card i have a xerox copy of this so how can i get new pan card.

03 June 2009 There is a separate application form viz.,"Request for new pan card or/and changes or corrections in pan data". Get that form .Fill it up. Instructions for filling are self explanatory. Pay the fee and submit in either NSDL or UTITSL counter.
