08 January 2016 Sir, can wr get set off of service tax on reimbursement payment to staff or others? Example- we received mobile bills , so we can show for set off of mentioned service tax amount.

09 January 2016 Cenvat credit of service tax on reimbursement payment is allowed only if the expenses is related to official expenses.
