Regular m.com during articles ?

21 August 2012 Hi sir/madam
One of my friends qualified his IPCC in may 2011 attempt. and his articleship registration date is 16-Nov-2011. At that time his regular M.com is continuing.His Mcom completed around may 2012. so is there any problem to his articles and Mcom?
Is he eligible to use his PG after completion of his CA ?

21 August 2012 Hai rajashekar reddy sir my case is same of you but in your case you/your friend is regular M.Com student at the time of joining into article ship but in my case i am the regular B.com student. So of the reasons and suggestion by my employer i didn't fill form 112 at that time and till now i didn't sent to ICAI. However my articlship completed one and half year back still i didn't disclosed about my B.com to the ICAI. I think at the time of getting of member ship i would like to disclose about my B.com to ICAI which is not disclosed earlier it may leave penalty and i like to pay such penalty and the answer for doing of articleship is also at me the solution is as per the ICAI regulations a student could be attend to articleship for Monday to Friday in the working days if any requirement student can attend on Saturdays and the employer can call to attend on Saturday for their work and the excess days of work i.e working in Saturdays or any other excess time or day if any could be set-off against the leaves of the Student. Thus i am still confident about no problem will be arise because with in six months i completed my B.Com from the date of commencement of Articlship.

This is not my Answer it is my Opinion and solution to problem if any. Your query and my case is same so just i attend this to give confidence many of them like your case don't worry.
As per my opinion don't disclose this till the time of getting of Membership and then wait and see.

However wait and saw the responses of others and their experience and their views.
Its just opinion not solution.
