Create new login Id and generate new password.
Log in to ACES.
Click REG Menu
Fill ST - 1
Submit soft copy. Save receipt in PDF format.
Take print out of Receipt, ST - 1 and submit with relevant documents to Divisional AC/DC for registration and issue of ST - 2

The user Id can be anything alpha, numeric or alphanumeric. It cannot exceed 12 characters and all alphabets must be in the lower key. When you log in to register the new id if the id is already in use, the same will be indicated and you will not be able to generate the one time password.
