Hi all,
I want to know if any company provided services of more that Rs. 10 lac in a year and that service is exempt from service tax under any notification then is it required to registered under service tax.

No, not required, the wording are, aggregate value of taxable service and taxable service excludes services which are fully exempted from tax.

Thanku for your reply...I also want to know whether exempt services value is considered for calculating threshold exemption of service tax vide not-33/2012 ST

Exempt service value is not considered for threshold exemption.
