Registration under service tax

I want to know if any company provided services of more that Rs. 10 lac in a year and that service is exempt from service tax under any notification then is it required to registered under service tax.

30 May 2015 No, not required, the wording are, aggregate value of taxable service and taxable service excludes services which are fully exempted from tax.
