14 October 2025 Society registered u/s 12A. Now we are filing returs for the ay 2025-2026. we have donations for rs.100000. There is no expenses. so we have surplus of rs.100000.shall we file form 10 for accumulations.we got only below taxble income. shall we file form 10bb and form 10.

14 October 2025 If you want to accumulate the entire Rs. 1,00,000 and not spend anything during the year, you MUST file Form 10 specifying the purpose for accumulation.

If you want tax exemption only for up to 15%, you may retain Rs. 15,000 without Form 10, and the rest becomes taxable unless properly accumulated.

14 October 2025 Form 10BB is generally used to provide a declaration for institutions claiming deductions under section 80G for donations received.
Form 10BB is not required unless you are claiming the exemption under Section 80G for donations.
