Dear Sir / Mam
A sole proprieportoe is engaged in providing man power supply to the company . No of workers under him is less than 20 . How he will registered himself .
Whether under Department of Labour under Shop Establishment Act ??

Yes. He has get himself registered with the Shop Establishment Act. Service Tax Registration is also applicable once revenue crosses 9 Lacs.

If In the above case the no of workers exceed 20 , but the company providing wages to worker after deducting ESI , PF then whether sole propritor needs to gets register under ESi or PF Act . IF No , then any sort of agrrement between Company and sole propritor for any proof so to prevent the principal owner from future liabilty arise from eSi , Pf Act .
