14 April 2012 I had appeared TY Bcom exam of this year ( March, 2012. I want to take registration of CS Executive Program ( CS Inter ) is it possible??

No, You can register for CS executive programme, if

1. Pased CS foundation
2. Graduation basis

you are not covered under above, so u are not eligible to register herself in CS executive.

On the other hand you have time till October 2012 to register herself for June 2013 exam. and i guess till date u will complete ur graduation.

14 April 2012 yes, you registred on provisional basic. when you get your final passed marksheet than send to ICSI and get / eligible to give exam of executive course.i am sending you link of executive programe.
