Please tell me,how to register a software Company in India ?

To register a company in India following process should be followed.
1. First apply for Director's Identification Number (DIN) in form DIN1. (At least 2 directors and 2 shareholders are necessary for registering a pvt. ltd. company)
2. Apply for approval of name in form 1A.
3. File form 1, 18, 32 after approval of name for final incorporation of company.
More details can be check at www.mca.gov.in/MCA21 further u may contact to any expert in this regard. Software development can be mentioned in the objects of the company.

You have to prepare the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association which are to be registered with the Registrar of Companies. The other formalities are to be completed as stated by the other expert and you have to pay the following fees
1) Name application
2) Filing Fee for various forms
3) ROC fee for authorised capital and Certificate of Incorporation
In case yours is a private limited company then minimum 2 promoters and they can be the directors otherwise if it is a limited company then minimum 7 promoters
