31 May 2010 Thanks for the reply, but i also want to know about my previous query of Can service tax credit can be claimed if the service provider is mentioning old Service Tax Registration no in the invoice?????

31 May 2010 There is no Restrictions on claiming CENVAT on old registration numbers and you can take also intimate service proovider to change the number as new format
