I completed my CA(PCC) this june 2009. Got my results this on Sept 1st..When can i register for final?Can i immediately apply or should i wait for my certificate and then apply?

u can apply before ur certificate arrives.. u do not've to send a copy of ur certificate or somethin else..u would probably be asked ur roll no. of june 09 pcc exam in ur application.. that's sufficient for them.
