i have my attempt for ca final in may 16 so i want to now whether i should register now or wait for changed syllabus

you can wait..but in any case you need to register by atleast November 2015 so that you have a valid registration at the time of filing exam form. Goo chance course changes may not be notified by then

You should not register now. Register later so that you get somewhat updated study materials from the Institute.
