I wish to clarify one doubt regarding Service Tax. i.e. M/s. XYZ Flat Owners Association is regd under Society Registration Act.Now it is avail the service from another one Service Provider who has regd with Service tax authority.Now The Flat owners association want to register under Service Tax & get refund of Service tax which was charged by the service provider. Is it possible?

No. not possible. since you are not service provider you may not register under service tax and no output service hence cannot claim cenvat and refund of service tax. it is an end user stage need to bare the ST
