10 July 2017 Dear Sir

One of my client having two medical shops in diffrent names but the proprietor is same. The second shop can be registered as branch or we have to take separate registration for this in GST. Please advice

10 July 2017 Two separate registration is not allowed in one state. You can add it additional place of business and Change the name as Single....

10 July 2017 Add second place as additional place in registration as single registration for single PAN is allowed in GST.

10 July 2017 Thanks sir. is it not possible to be a different name for branches. because if change the name he has to change the drug license also.
Is there any other way available

10 July 2017 In my view no other ways for two firms also two different names. I think One way is available. But, How is it in drug related...? He can go to register 2nd one is partnership....!!!?
