01 December 2015 MY CLIENT WANT TO IMMIGIRATE IN UK HAVING A SOLE PROPERTORSHIP CONCERN. BUT EMBASSY WANT A EXTRACT OF LAW THAT FOR THE PROPRIETOR SHIP CONCERN THERE IS NO REQUIRMENT OF SEPARATE REGISTRATION.

I KNOW NOT RQUIRED REGISTRATION BUT IN INCOME TAX OR OTHER ACT KAHI YE LIKHA HO. PLZ REPLY

01 December 2015 you can produce the Registration certificate under Shops and Establishment Act.

01 December 2015 SIR I REQUIRE THAT I WANT TO SHOW THAT MY CLIENT IS SAME FOR HIS PERSONAL INCOME AND FOR THE PROPRETORSHIP INCOME. SO EMBASSY WANT THAT BOTH ARE SAME PLZ PROVED IT THROUGH ANY EXTRACT OF LAW (ANY LAW)

02 December 2015 You can give the certificate issued by a CA, in favour of UK embassy. That should be fine.

Extract of law.....That is what I told you....the shop act liscence (registration) bears the name of business and name of proprietor. That itself is self indication as to proprietor and proprietory business are one and same and requires no any separate registration.

You can also provide them with Bank account in the name of business.
