I want to get Service tax registration for my company
help me regarding
whether It's compulsory for company to get registered
whether Service tax return is required to be filed evenif my turnover doesn't cross Rs.10 lacs
any other consequences regarding or after registration

Service tax registration required only when your turnover exceeds Rs.9 lakh and need to charge service tax only turnover crosses Rs.10 lakh. til then you no need to apply for service tax

You can apply Voluntary Registration under Service Tax,
Under this scheme no need to collect Service tax if your receipts doesn't exceeds 10 lacs..
But Filling Service tax return is compulsory even under Voluntary registration...
