One of the assesse registered under service tax for some services only. He didn`t registered under works contract, but now he need to pay under works contract service. Any one can suggest me what to do.

Register for additional service under same service tax registration. It is a easy task. Once the service is registered, pay the taxes.

yes with the current reg number can reg for addtional services for works contract.
