04 June 2011 Fact"The signs on Form E was done on 9.04.2010 and the notary for the same was done on 16.04.2010"

The department has sent us a query that the signatories done on form E and notary are on different dates we know that the query is right but taking signature and notary on the same day is not possible

so is there any other solution for dis query,
please reply as soon as possible

05 June 2011 may be possible to take signatures in Form E without putting dates and getting the same notarised by paying the notary some bucks more, let notary put dates
