Register under section 301 - companies act

24 December 2011 Dear Members,

Can anyone provide me filled register under section 301 for reference. I would like to know how to fill the register.

In my company there are unsecured loans given by directors to company. Does this attract 297 or 299. If yes how should I enter the details in register 301.

Please help.

is the unsecured loan given as a part of employment or just generally

if generally then yes 297 is attracted subjected to applicability conditions.
