if we bill raised in the year 2011-2012 but we received amount in the 2012-2013 and same we paid tax for the 2011-2012.
now we can pay service tax collection for the year 2011-2012 after getting amount or we need to pay after bill raised?

Now the point of taxation rules will apply so service tax need to pay on accrual basis
