1. Covering Letter of Company
2. Form 704
3. vat paid challans if any.
4. Financial statements
5. Bill of Lading.
6. 2-3 copies of purchase and sales invoices.
7. Bank Remittance advices
8. Vat and CST returns.
9. Summary showing Vat refund calculation.
