Respected Sir / Madam
I mr. Narendra Gupta working under a C.A. . I want to take transfer from articleship. Can you tell the rules of taking transfer , Because my principal doesnot treat me like a article. He gives me his personal work like dropping his child to school, take his tiffin from home. so can i take a transfer .
Pleas can you Guide Me urgently.

first of u refuse to do ur CA personal work. U do it as it is ur right as per ICAI rules.
and u can take transfer in other city (min 50 km far)with a strong reason....
