my principal not allowing me to take transfer and also not giving any reasons for not giving transfer so plz tell me what can i do now?

12 September 2013 For taking transfer principal sign on Form-109 is mandatory. Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted.

In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.

with in one year of articleship you mandatorily requires your principal permission,,no need of icai permission
