Regarding transfer of articleship

my principal not allowing me to take transfer and also not giving any reasons for not giving transfer so plz tell me what can i do now?
In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.

with in one year of articleship you mandatorily requires your principal permission,,no need of icai permission
So try to convince him
ICAI will not interfere in this regard,
Try to convince ur CA, is the only option left..
