hello, i m appoint as a accountant in a govt sector in contract basis. i m getting fixed amount per month 10000/-. so i want to know i that my income consider in salary head or professional fees.

Then your Income will be taxable under the head Profit and Gains of Business or Profession.

sir, now days most of the govt dept in mp recruit on contract basis they make one year agreement of employee and renew ever year,and person get fixed amount of honorarium so in this case tds deduct on honorarium in which section 192 or 194j

TDS will be deducted u/s 194J. I am sure PF is also not applicable in given case. If PF applicable then TDS should be deducted u/s 192.
