Dear Sir,
I have claim of TDS Amount of 17000/- Rs but i have not able to claim and file return till 31 july 2011 so can i file return now and claim TDS Refund.

YES YOU CAN FILE A BELATED RETURN BEFORE 31.03.2012. BELATED RETURN CAN NOT REVISED SO BE CAREFUL WHILE FILLING RETURN UNDER SECTION 139 (4). CALCULATE TAX AS PER INCOME AND GET REFUND.
