02 March 2014 i had filed online return but i had sent ack copy after 120 day. In status of return it was shown as return received after due date. my question is wheather i had to file return again or not.

02 March 2014 assuming you are referring to AY 2013-14, as on today, you should file revised return 139(5) and send the new ITRV (of revised return) to the Income tax department - CPC. it shall be treated as the original return.
