which college takes 15hrs long classes? You can't pursue any regular course which interrupts with your articleship as per the norms of ICAI.

Thanks for the clarification! Let's break this down based on ICAI guidelines for pursuing articleship along with regular college:
โ Updated Scenario: You're a B.Com 2nd-year regular student in Jodhpur. College timing: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM (corrected from 9 PM). Articleship timing: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You're registered under a CA based in Ahmedabad, working from a Jodhpur branch of the firm. ๐ ICAI Regulations to Consider: Pursuing Articleship and Regular Course Together: Allowed only if regular classes do not clash with article hours. You must submit Form 112 to ICAI for permission to pursue both. Place of Articleship vs. Place of Study: ICAI generally permits articleship at a place different from the college location if the working and class hours donโt conflict. Since you're working in the Jodhpur branch, and your CA is registered in Ahmedabad โ this is allowed, provided the branch is officially registered with ICAI. Institute Query Possibility: ICAI can raise a query if: You haven't submitted Form 112. The Jodhpur branch is not formally recognized. There appears to be a conflict in time/attendance between college and office. โ What You Should Do: Ensure Form 112 has been submitted to ICAI for permission to pursue a regular course. Verify that the Jodhpur branch is officially registered with ICAI (as an approved place of training). Maintain proof (e.g., attendance record, college timetable) to show that your college hours donโt interfere with your articleship.
