18 July 2015 Respected Sir/Madam,
I have registered for articleship in december 2011 and have taken termination on 15th november 2013 due to medical reasons and I have been granted permission by the ICAI for the same.Now my problem is I wanted to continue my remaining articleship in 2015.
can you suggest me that whether I can continue the remaining articleship period i.e., 13 months after 2 years gap or do I need to register for fresh articleship i.e., 3 years.
I have taken termination on medical grounds. so, can you suggest me whether I need to join in a firm which is 100 kilometers away from the previous firm or within that limits basing on the termination reason.
What is the procedure for re-registration of articleship.

18 July 2015 u need to serve only the remaining period and not full 3 years again
