05 December 2012 Sir, as per companies law auditor is re-appointed in AGM but why we mentioned about auditor reappointment in board meeting minutes.

05 December 2012 But, the Board firstly take in to account that such Auditor is intended to appoint and is eligible to appoint as per section 224. If it is not eligible under section 224 then it will not be re appointed in AGM. So firstly appointed in Board meeting subject to the approval of AGM.
