hai friends,
this is meena rao, one of my friend getting salary from a reputed company (contract basis), however he got tds certificate u/s 194 j instead of form 16, can you guid me in this regard which ITR he should file and on which head the source of income to be shown.

For contract base employees covered under 194C or 194J only based on their services. so collect the form 16a and need to file ITR-4
