Plz let me know the penalty amount of late filing of roc return of private limited company?

Late filing e-forms attracts additional fee u/s 611(2) of the companies Act,1956 in addition to the normal fee. The amount can be known using https://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=15
