Restaurant services is notified services as per section 9(5) ?
ECO deduct TCS @ 1% can we pay GST on supply through E-commerce ?

Restaurant services are not notified under section 9(5).

You have to Pay GST on supply of food via e commerce operator. E-Commerce operator is collecting 1% TCS from you and deposit to the government. Restaurant service is not notified uner section 9(5). The Ecommerce op.erator who delivers the food is notified under section 9(5)
