21 April 2013 respected sir, I want to urgently file a returtn so kindly tell me that when return for Assessment year 2013-14 uploaded on website? Is there manual form available? can i file?

21 April 2013 Forms are not available as yet. You can file once ITR Forms are released by IT Department. Difficult to say when the forms will be released but expected sometime near end of May or early june.

21 April 2013 Please try to understand the logic behind this. Due date of filing TDS return is 15th May. So only after filing of TDS return TDS will be reflected in 26AS and assessee will be able to reconcile and file their IT Return. So releasing of ITR takes some time.
