Regarding intimation u/s 143(1)

I have demanded intimation u/s 143(1) for Ay 12-13 from CPC but it says no intimation exists for the year. The processing of return is transferred to AO. So kindly let me know how can I demand intimation u/s 143(1) for that same year?

If your file is transferred to AO this means that CPC will not process the return. You should contact your AO.
