kindly tell us if i have not informed HRA to my firm and recd the form 16 from traces later on while myself filing the IT RETURN can i claim the House rent what i have paid it under allowances U/s.10

Yes you can claim in your return but you should keep the evidence with you in support of HRA deduction.
