30 June 2017 Dear Sir/Mam,

I am in Guest House Industry, please solve my following Query.

1. GST CHARGED ON ROOM RENT (AS PER DECLAIRE TARIFF OR DISCOUNTED TARIFF)
2. PLAN SALE % OF GST (if our tariff are Two Category 1000-2500 & 2500-5000)
3. MANDAP KEEPER SERVICE (1) If I charged Hall Rent (ii) Hall rent including Food Cost.
4. FOOD SALE % OF GST (if our tariff are Two Category 1000-2500 & 2500-5000)

30 June 2017 1. GST CHARGED ON ROOM RENT AS PER DISCOUNTED TARIFF.
2 Category 1000-2500 GST 12% and 2500-5000 GST 18%.
3. MANDAP KEEPER SERVICE GST 18% for both.
4. FOOD SALE % OF GST NON AC 12% and AC 18%.

30 June 2017 Sir, First of all thanks for your reply and my 2nd Question is (what is the percentage of Plan Sale in our Room as per Room rent GST or plan sale separate GST Tax.

In vat Food sale have different category of Tax structure i.e 2%, 5%, 10% etc. (In Gst is Single Tax)

You mean Sir, Plan sale GST as per Room Rent GST.
One more question Sir, As per your reply
Food Sale GST % of NON AC 12% and AC18%
My question is if I have Non AC Room and My Room rent is 2500-5000 in case what is Food Sale GST.
It is same 12% or .........
