26 December 2010 Exactly how much time will it take for approval of online form 1A (NEW COMPANY) after transaction status showing "Pending for approval" in mca site tab ???

Is there any method to speed up the whole procedure of company formation ie any fast track basis or something like that??

27 December 2010 2-3 days as per my experience. If the form is marked "pending for approval" it means it's allotted to the Officer concerned for approval. You may, by contacting ROC Office, know the name of the officer to whom the form is alloted and talk to the Officer concerned directly for expediting the matter.

Following are the steps of E-Forms after filing:

1. Pending for action: (Your ROC fee is not credited/paid)
2. Assigned: (Your form is assigned to ROC official but they have not taken action on it)
3. Work in Progress (ROC official have some objections/demand some details from the filing authority)
4. Approved (Your Form is approved by ROC).

The above are steps to complete the process. Generally Form 1A will take three days, but due to rush, it can take one week or more.
